The results are in! Yesterday I officially completed my last day of Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution. I am so freakin’ proud of myself! After I stopped gasping for air I as able to really think about how far I had come. It was such a fulfilling feeling! Now I’m not where I want to be but the thing is I’m much much closer than I was 3 months ago when I started this program. I’m a little hesitant to post these pics but hey if I can motivate someone to start their journey to get fit and healthy then why not right? Here they are!
Now y’all can’t tell me in this before picture I look a couple months pregnant. Stretch marks and all. Look at the difference though! My workout pants got too big!
Whatcha think?! Looking at the pictures side by side I can totally see a difference. I’m so proud of myself for hanging in there, I did it y’all. And it feels oh so good! As you can see in my before pictures I didn’t even want to show my face I was so embarrassed about how I was looking. Now I’m smiling and I even took my shirt all the way off lol. I didn’t really pay attention to the numbers as far as how much weight I lost or how many inches I lost. I just went based on how my clothes fit and how I look. Maybe next time I’ll do better in that regard for the benefit of this blog.
Overall I would recommend this program. Everyday you’re going to hate Jillian for kicking your butt so hard but in the end it’s worth it! I’m so excited to continue this journey! Come on and join me!
